Exchanges and Returns Policy
We will endevour to ensure none of our customers are dissatisfied with their gloves and so before any of our Fingers & Thumb gloves / guards are sent off they will be quality checked. However, should you find there is a fault with your item then just send the glove back to us FREE of charge.
We will replace the glove with a same size, style and colour as originally ordered* or your can choose our ‘money back guarantee’ option if we receive the glove within 21 days.
Unfortunately we can not replace gloves where it’s a case that the size does not fit or your child does not like the colour unless the fault is Fingers & Thumbs for sending the wrong size or colour to that ordered. Please ensure you check with our size guide and ensure your child likes the colour before you order the glove – thumb or finger guard.
To speed up the exchange process you will need to repack the item in suitable packaging and take it to your local post office making the initial outlay for the postage. Please clearly indicate which option you would like – money back or replacement.
Within 21 days:
We must receive the faulty glove within 21 days to qualify for our money back guarantee or direct replacement and we recommend that you use a ‘signature upon receipt’ option from the post office for your own piece of mind allowing you to track the item giving you the security that delivery is noted and dated. We need your bank details to reimburse you for your postage charge.
After 21 days:
We offer to repair the item and return it to you but will unfortunately not pay for your postage charges.
Please note – if there is evidence of the glove having been used unfortunately we can not accept a claim of money back, replacement or repair.
