Exchanges and Returns Policy

We will endevour to ensure none of our customers are dissatisfied with their gloves and so before any of our Fingers&Thumbs® gloves are sent off they will be quality checked. However, should you find there is a fault with your item then just send the glove back to us FREE of charge.

We will replace the glove with a same size, style and colour as originally ordered or your can choose our ‘money back guarantee’ option if we receive the glove within 21 days.

Please ensure you check our size guide and ensure your child likes the colour before you order the glove.

Replacements: To speed up the exchange process please email us. We can send you a replacement and SAE so you can return the other glove.

Refunds: you will need to repack the item in suitable packaging and take it to your local post office and send it. We are happy to provide a pre-paid label for you to print out to return the glove free of charge to you. Just email us.

Within 21 days:

We must receive the glove within 21 days to qualify for our money back guarantee or direct replacement. Contact us and we will organise the pre-paid label or an SAE. 

After 21 days:

Please return the glove to us and we can repair and return but will unfortunately not pay for postage charges.

Please note – if there is clear evidence that the glove has been used unfortunately we can not accept a claim of money back, replacement or repair.
