'Scratch & Squeeze' sensory ball

Sensory aids like a scratch and squeeze ball can help relieve stress and anxiety. It distracts from habits such as finger and thumb sucking, skin picking or compulsive hair pulling. 

Combining a glove and squeeze ball are some of the distraction and helpful techniques suggested by the NHS for unwanted habits or compulsive actions particularly for dermatillomania (excoration) or trichotillomania.

Our 'scratch and squeeze' ball is made with a slightly firmer material than other 'squeezies'. These are not suitable for young children and elderly due to the firmness of the ball.
